Method
Gently muddle 5 of the fresh blackberries in a cocktail shaker. Add the gin, lemon juice and syrup, and shake. Add crushed ice to a chilled glass and pour over. Garnish with fresh blackberries.
INGREDIENTS
Fresh Blackberries (a handful)
Fok Hing Gin (45ml)
Freshly Squeezed Lemon Juice (22ml)
Simple Syrup (20ml)
